Refund & Return Policy

At MW ROYAL, we ensure every bottle is delivered in perfect condition. Our return window is focused on quick resolution to ensure your satisfaction.

10-Day Return Window

You have 10 days after receiving your fragrance to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The perfume must be unopened, unused, and the protective seal must remain intact.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the bottle is broken, leaking, or the sprayer is defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sprayed or tested perfumes.

  • Items on Sale or Clearance.

  • Gift Cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 15 days of approval, please contact us at mwroyallimited@gmail.com.
