Thank you for choosing MW ROYAL. We are committed to delivering your signature scents safely and swiftly. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during sales or new launches like Heaven Royal), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over [Rs. 5,000].

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Fragrance Handling & Packaging

Perfumes are fragile and sensitive to temperature. At MW ROYAL, we take extra care:

  • All bottles are double-wrapped in protective bubble wrap.

  • We use sturdy, branded boxes to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the arrival of the courier. Orders placed via COD must be verified via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

6. Damages

MW ROYAL is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive your order and the bottle is broken or leaking, please take a photo immediately and contact us at mwroyallimited@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92 300 7879956.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping

We currently only ship within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our "Royal" experience to international customers soon.
